Wellbeing Matters Team Support Hubs. A safe space for a team or group to talk about how a situation is affecting you and ways of coping, with a psychological practitioner.

As a manager or team leader, you may be aware people in your team are dealing with a range of practical and emotional issues, in or outside the workplace. We know it may feel difficult to know how to support your team members with the issues they are dealing with. Here are some resources to help.
Develop your understanding of your own health and wellbeing to better lead and support your colleagues.Whilst the course is focused on NHS leaders, it may also be beneficials to leaders and managers working in related fields such as social care and the voluntary or community sectors.
