SilverCloud for staff

SilverCloud offers online programme that you can use to help you learn how to manage stress, low mood and anxiety, improve your sleep and more.

With SilverCloud for Staff from Wellbeing Matters, you can choose to do SilverCloud supported by a Talking Therapies practitioner, or as self-help.

After you complete a programme, you can access others. You can switch between Supported and Self-help mode, if you want more help, or want to carry on independently.

If you do want to switch to Supported mode, you will be contacted to have an assessment and then assigned a Talking Therapies supporter.

Based on years of clinical research, SilverCloud’s programmes are proven to help you feel better. Video clips, quizzes and case studies all help you boost your mood and understand your situation.

How SilverCloud works

1.       Start with a two-minute Wellbeing quiz to find the right programme for you.

 

2.       Select a programme, choose Supported or Self-help, then sign up. 
With the Supported option, a Talking Therapies practitioner gives you guidance and encouragement with an initial assessment, then online reviews every two weeks. With Self-help, you work through it independently.
 

3.       Learn and practice for up to one hour per week. The more time and effort you put in, the more you’ll get out of it. As you progress, you’ll find new exercises to help you apply what you’re learning to your own life. You can also see stories on the SilverCloud site from people it has already helped. 
 

4.  Get the app! After you've signed up, download the free SilverCloud app from Apple Store or Google Play, to make it even easier to find on your phone.
