• Help with managing stress and improving your mood

Join a Talking Therapies workshop

If you're struggling with depression, anxiety or stress, you can join one of our Talking Therapies workshops, all facilitated by experienced mental health practitioners, for help in how to cope, take better care of yourself, and improve your mood.

Wellness workshops

Your overall wellness should be priority number one. If you're finding life a struggle right now, you can join our six week course to learn a variety of skills and techniques that will help you improve how you self-care.

Better self-care leads to improved wellbeing and motivation, which in turn can lead a better mood.

Our weekly workshops are available virtually via Teams, or in person. We'll also supply you with a workbook and activity sheets to help you remember and practice the skills and techniques you'll learn.

Stress Less workshops

Our Stress Less workshops are designed to help you manage stress and tackle the different ways stress can impact your life, including anxiety, worry, low self-confidence, struggles with sleep, and panic attacks.

Throughout our four week course, you'll receive links to our educational videos that introduce you to new coping techniques which you can use in your day to day life to help you prepare for and manage stress. We encourage you to use and practice these techniques each week to help you find the ones that work best for you.

We'll also provide you with a workbook and activity sheets to help you remember and practice the different techniques you'll learn.

Relaxation exercises

When you need to relax your mind and body, try our relaxation exercises. They'll help you recognise the signs of stress in your body and teach you techniques to reduce stress.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable place (for safety reasons, don't try this while driving).

  • Start with the extended exercise, which has full instructions.

  • Do the shorter exercise when you feel more confident.

  • You may need to practice a few times before you really feel the benefits.
